salty shake recipe

Trisha drinks 3 of these each morning for breakfast.

Salty Shake Recipe:
1 English Cucumber
2 avocados
1 handful of spinach
1&1/2 limes
1 cup of alkaline water
2 scoops doc brocs
2 scoops biolive sprouts
1 scoop hemp powder
1teaspoon oil hemp, flax, or omega
1 tablespoon real salt

blend together
